Saw a black mid-90’s Honda Civic Coupe with red or pinkish rims. Looked like he was pulling out of the Glenmont Car Wash. Looked very familiar. Passenger in front seat did the peace sign out of the window. I did one back but don’t know if he noticed.

Who was that? Anyone on here?
