The only thing making those kits less awesome is the fact that there are a lot of them out there. I’ve seen some with crazy stuff done to them that would be considered sacrilegious to do to a real one. You know, Non-ford powerplants, EFI, etc.
Alot of the kit cars have efi because they use a fox body Mustang as a donor car for the motor, tranny, suspension, rearend, etc.
I saw a cool one with a new-style hemi in it at a car show in florida. But I didn’t pay as much attention to the cobra replicas because there was a Detomaso Pantera there too.
