Eh I rarely race on the street. Third gear pulls result in my being at 110mph fairly quickly. Too many ways to get into trouble.

I saw a red Supra come flying up on me on my way to work a few weeks ago, I wanted to get up closer to it so I could oogle appropriately, but he just took off. :sad

yes it is, but just to say turbo crx vs supra is one sided and leanig towards the supra is kinda nuts.
It’s implying that the crx is turboed and says nothing abotu the supra. Turbo crx vs single turbo supra is better but still pretty general, but it gives a better idea. Hell, “single turbo” doesn’t even mean much. I’m sure that could range from 400-1400hp.
from that statement alone I would give the one sidedness to the crx. It would eat a “supra” alive. But I know this isn’t the case in the situation he was referring to.

Stock Supra’s are pretty damn rare nowadays, so you rarely see them. BPU is cheap as hell and will get you to 400WHP+…
Most single turbo supra’s that I know are 550WHP+ It’s pretty simple to accomplish with single kit and $15,000. :nod
Still… I’ve seen some turbo crx’s run some insane times, they are light cars.

But I didn’t make the “turbo CRX vs. Supra” comment. 
The CRX is a B16 swapped turbo, but I’m not sure of the HP numbers on it to be honest.
