I’m pretty sure the owner dosn’t care about legalities driving the Skyline, but aren’t all R32’s and R34’s banned from US after Motorex scandal?
Last time I was in the city, I saw a SLR, a few F430’s, a Merci., and a dozen or so Gallardos all cruising together, it was pretty bad ass.
:lol Smart cars :lol…There’s a Smart Car dealership opening up on Route 7 next to Keeler-Mercedes Benz, atleast i think that’s what the sign says. I’m curious on what they’re like to drive and what’s so special that makes them “smart” :confused

Next door to the Benz dealership there’s a little building that they’ve been working on and im pretty sure i saw a sign for the Smart Car on or around the building.
Keeler is a benz dealership. Pretty sure they will be the only “smart” car dealer in the area.
The old piano store was bought out by Keeler and is now being converted to a Smart sales building.
They are pretty cool, but I wouldn’t be able to stand the transmission. It is an automatic manual tranmission, it works exactly like a manual, but you dont get a clutch or a shifter.
Only car that you can park head first into a curb and still be legally parked :thumb

No, I never got to drive an R34. I have ridden in a couple of them… One guy I knew had one with basic upgrades done at Mine’s. It was probably making around 400 or so. He also had the Nismo S-Tune suspension on it and it was hard to believe the speed he could carry around some very tight corners. No roll, no drama, the car just stuck. It was pretty quick too.
Going to Nismo Festival at Fuji Speedway a few years back I followed another guy’s R34 to the event… He sent it along with mad $$ to Top Secret and ended up with an 800 hp monster. Looked stock except it was on forged 19s. Idled nasty though. 4" piping- and that was for the I/C!! Completely ill.
From about 100 km/h he just straight blew it up on the highway and before I could could to ten I couldn’t even make out what type of car it was. And I was redlining third at the time in a stock R33. On the street, I had never seen anything that could accelerate like that (well, on four wheels).

Motorex is shut down completely. I haven’t been reading up lately, but they owe guys a bunch of cars, not sure what’s going to happen. There were a few R33s and R34s that were actually legalized for road use in the US but you could probably count the R34s on one hand.
Saw a newer silver VW GTI, R32, Golf??? had aftermarket rims, dual exhaust, lowered…saw it off of Route 2 towards Watervliet.
was it me you saw? or did it have a single exhaust on each side of the car? if so it was an .:R32. you see the new joe? if i had 35k id pick it up.
Yeah i saw the new one today when we were at Nemer…very sick, and no it wasn’t you that i saw, it’s in a driveway off Route 2, Glenwood Ave. and it was dark…but the rear bumper had 2 slots on each side as if it were dual exhaust
ahahA i know who you are talking about. its an r32. hes got a hood scoop from a wrx and drilled holes in his hood to make it funtinal. hes got some ugly generic wheels and hes from florida. he also doesn’t understand the idea of going on the 3rd honk too! :wtf

i saw some black acura shaved with a body kit and wheels, super clean lookin, waved to me so im assuming i know them i just had a brain fart, i would have rolled down my window and said hey but the epoxy on the actual glass window broke so it wont roll down :headbang, it was on rt 20 around 345 i would have played around with him in traffic but i had to turn right at that stewarts and he went straight
saw a silver MKIV jetta tinted windows, black wheels, lowered, roof rack…a black bmw 3 series with pitch black windows…and an orange mazda 6 with black wheels and tinted windows all on route 7 in latham today :runaway

I saw a yellow mustang GT on the highway wensday night…well, I didnt see him much…he saw my rear end a whole lot tho :haha
