Sightings Thread

I think AM General still makes the military Hummer. They sold the civilian Hummer to GM a long time ago and GM killed it off.

I saw Vadim on the northway tonight with another Audi right behind his

Porsche Panamera leaving the office at the same time.

B6 audi a6 with plate “WHYSOSRS” followed by black genesis on northway around 945

Thats Vadim (Votblindub or something like that on here)

I mustve been right near you as well then lol

I saw him after 5 tonight on my way home from work

That would be correct AM General does still make the HUMVEE for military use

I see that thing at HVCC all the time. Personally, I’d take those Mercedes rims off.

Hmm doesn’t seem that it was invented up here as previously mentioned, just a franchise was purchased. None the less still a pretty interesting vehicle

black bmw with black rims on central lastnight, mean muggin

Troopers all over the northway today.
They had a Tahoe shooting radar off the Riverview road bridge and 4 Crown Vics pulling people over on the northway for a good part of the day. I went thru there 3 times.

Haha I remember that trap happens a couple times a year. Love seeing that it’s hilarious

why is it funny?

Saw this guy

Filling up with Super today instead of E85. :ponder

Because its funny to watch people blow by the trooper on the bridge not noticing that it’s a trap

E85 (or E70 winter blend) has starting issues in the cold… So I’m told. My TA started no problem the other day near 0* after sitting for 3 months with old 80% ethanol in the tank.

Also if he has 2 toons, one for 93 octane and the other for E85 he may not use the ethanol in the winter due to the change from E85 to E70. Car would run very rich and would throw codes for rich condition as the computer may not be able to alter LTFTs enough to return to stoich. Just because he runs E85 doesn’t necessarily mean its Flex Fuel

I haven’t tried e85 up here yet but back in CA my car didn’t like to start on e85 even at 35* out. I will probably wait until spring to run ethanol again.

Had to goto Syracuse yesterday, on the way back on 90 there was a heli flying real low and troopers everywhere.
