Saw an EF Civic sedan lowered on knobby snow tires with red lip painted on the stock steelies with a horrendous flat black spray bomb job and a fart cannon sticking literally a foot out from the bumper at the intersection of 155 and Central around 6pm. Really hope the owner was doing it as a joke.
