yup, she’s done for this year. timing tensioner snapped, haven’t investigated the damage yet but i’m assuming multiple bent valves, just hoping no damage to the pistons/bottom end. I’ll probably be buying a new head/valvesprings/retainers, paying someone to put it all back together, and selling it for 10k.

I saw a Subaru Brat on Plank Road in Clifton Park that looked really clean and then an old Jeep pickup on the Northway that looked like it was just driven out of a barn.
