but soon afterward i spotted 70 ZR1’s crossing the Tappan Zee Bridge, right around 4 o’clock

Saw it too. It was T-Money and the Fam towing the family’s latest purchase (Palisades Mall, in its entirety) on a multi-hitch custom flatbed trailer rolling 44s. Per axle toll inbound was just shy of Sweden’s per capita GNP in 2010.
