signal lights dont blink.... They turn on SOLID ?

okay so the issue goes,
my left turn signal light used to blink really fast (i’m talking from the inside.
i don’t know from the outside, my rear was working for sure)
and my right one was working perfectly fine, and all of a sudden,
the both sides turn on solid when i activate the turn signal, by solid
i mean no blinking, the light turns on until the turn signal deactivates
the light’s solid both on the cluster and on the outside…

any suggestion?

Flasher relay possibly…

definitly flasher relay, napa stocks a generic relay for 17 bucks, its a black box beside the steering column. if you search there should be a thread with a pic.

thanks for the input both of ya, i replaced the flasher relay, and i replaced
a bulb that was out…

Now the problem is this

  1. when the head lights are on, left turn signal is solid both front and rear
  2. when head lights are off, and i activate left turn signal, the dash, center console, my plate light, all blinks together…

i’m guessing it’s somewhere in the wiring… i wish i’d never have to go through those… any suggestions?

change the light bulb
maybe u’ll need the socket as well(doubt it though)
the solder on the tip of the light bulb melted and link ur left signal circuit w/ the running light circuit

lol u called it on the dot Zeta_G, this time the solder wasn’t melted
i had the wrong bulb, instead of having 2 soldered tips, mine only had 1 and
it was originally made like that lol, thx man
