Found this unit on ebay, seems really nice:

However, I’m not interested in spending that much money on something that is probably half the price at the store. Can someone give me the heads up on how do go about making a kit like this? I figure with PIAA bulbs in there it’ll kick ass and I can actually USE my sleepy eye position at night.
I think Apexi240 has made a set of his own.
I bought THESE to do basically the same thing, expect have one lower profile light rather than the two circles. If I don’t sell them I’ll probably get someone to weld them up this summer. Apexi240 did something like what is on eBay, but I don’t think he is going to use them.
I have a video on how to do it, ghetto style. Basically you pull off the headlight controller button, and cut the brown wire.
Its not to get to the sleepy-eye position, its the lighting setup IN the sleepy eye position I’m looking for. haha I actually think I saw that and did it. Found out my right headlight is higher then my left when I do it, thats the motor that is failing no?
I PM him, hopefully I can get some pics and some help!! Maybe I’ll find someone who can make a custom plastic mould, NICE!!!..and expensive dammit!
Thanks for the help guys, appreciated.
