shouldn’t take long. make sure you have the allen socket for the rear suspension bolt. use an impact, its a single shaft and will spin. otherwise the ski doo turds aren’t too bad to change tracks on. about a couple hour job.
I got snows on the truck. should be better than the all season tires the last two years. 275’s and 2wd.
