So I cancelled Time Warner cause they SUCK!!

Im about to giveTW the boot also. I pay $168.00 a month for TV, Internet. I could be paying on a new car with that. I may need to scale it back some.

Ryanmycell- What other packages are available for around $100.00, with HBO, Showtime, and internet?

Kingsario I am almost positive I know who you are based on this one caller we had yesterday a few times.

maybe it was me maybe not lol

we should have NYSpeed madd l33t support lines directly to our fellow peeps instead to 1-866…

I dunno I just remember a co-worker Dan, saying someone calling in livid for intermittent connection, was setup for a tc for Sunday, but wanted a supervisor, then the supervisor set it up for Saturday all day. Then the tech on Saturday called us like 3 times cuz he didn’t know what he was doing.

Chino - are you premiere or standard? Wireless or hardwired w/ or w/out router?

JDMSir - I don’t deal with actual rates, I just do the last end of tech support. However, I do know if you call and say hey I’ve been a customer awhile, I want a deal, and be polite but adamant about a lower price, they will give you a discounted rate for everything.

my 20/5 > anything TW and their bs will ever have

my favorite story about them is when they billed me for a PPV fight that they said i ordered 2 weeks before i had their fucking box in my house… and even after telling them that, and them agreeing they still gave me a fucking hard time about it.
that company is a piece of shit.

That sucks, probably just a angry support agent, a lot of them aren’t very polite etc. Something like that should have been an easy fix as we have access to see when everything was setup, ordered, etc. Shitty.

wired and wireless have same rate, but yes i have a router, its up a bit higher now just under 3mbps

and I am standard, not premier

PM me your number thats on your account, when I’m back in the office Tuesday I’ll see what I can do.

I’ve had roadrunner for about a year here in west seneca.

35 bucks a month, and the only time it was down, was when the pole fell down during the october storm.

I would order dsl because its cheaper, but honestly its not that bad a deal.

I can’t stand my shitty Time Warner Internet. My speeds have never been what they were supposed to be, ever. As Soon As Fios is here I will have it.

i never had issues with the rochester TW i had in akron. as a matter of fact i liked it a lot. they had sweet features like if you tuned into a show you could restart it (if you missed the first chunk of it) with out even having dvr. then i got the aledphi/warner when i moved, and was very disappointed with the service and the people on the phones.

they need to step it up or their just going to piss more people off.

My roadrunner sucks, it’s constantly losing service, sometimes for a few seconds sometimes a few minutes, it gets rather annoying and the only answer I get from them is that it must be my router, which has worked fine on multiple different providers.
