Now, if he garranteed it to run, but upon pick-up it didn’t, then it was her fault for accepting the car. She should have said “but it doesn’t run.” Instead, she took it anyway.
She plans on putting this engine in another RX-7 that she owns. As soon as she tampers with the engine, by transplanting it into another vehicle, isn’t it her problem now?
Just like Articzap mentioned tonight at Mighty, maybe she swapped her “blown” engine into your car, and is claiming it to be yours. She might be scamming you. Check the VIN #'s on the block, if there are any. I’m pretty sure 13B’s have em, but I’m not so sure about 12a’s.
