Soft & Cushy, Schenectady NY

Anyone have experiences? I’m debating getting my tan seats wrapped in black w/ red stitching.

Also have my tan carpet pulled and black put in.

I’m anal about where the car goes.

pull the seats yourself!! Leave the car at your house.

Carpet…

I drove by this place the other day, never even knew it existed.
No idea how well they do work, but black w/red stitching would look amazing.

I think you could manage swapping carpets :wierd

true. I would rather do it myself than let a shop I don’t know do it.
If you need a hand let me know.

Ryan, you’re not putting tan carpet back in again are you?
I don’t know how I would feel about that with the black/red seats.
But if I did know how I felt about it, I’m sure it would not be positive.

that does look good. I was trying to do the same thing with black feux suede and red stitching. Ive heard about them before but dont know how good their work is. However theres a place in latham… i think its called Latham Auto Glass and Upholstery. Ive heard a lot of good things about them. There’s another place my mom’s boyfriend took the seats from his boat to to get redone and apparently they did an amazing job. I’ll try to get the name of that place for you and post it up.

No I’m putting in black carpet, and thanks Sully, I’ll let you know.

And if any of you steal my super cool seat ideas I’ll hurt you. Or I’ll pay JClark to bludgeon you all with insults.

the mad russian and his crew always do good work. we send all the dealer stuff down there.

Ah, well there’s your answer.

Do it up Ryan.

I’m assuming a job like this will cost $600-$800 or so. The carpet isn’t cheap either. ($600)

I’ll stop down that way on Friday, took it off from work. Hopefully Morgan can fit me in to get dyno’d on sissy pump gas.

i hear george’s does good work :rofl

but seriously, i heard soft and cushy does good work, i talked to them for a quote for my vinyl top and it was like $1300…hella expensive.

Shit like this makes me nervous.

hmmm i would bring my cad guts over there and give them a shot at pillowtops if the price was reasonable.

:+1 We have them install leather covers, heated seat pads and sunroofs. Only issues ever are their aftermarket sunroof systems getting out of time (but that just takes a re-program.)

Definitely recommend Soft n’ Cushy.

Freakshow if you need help pulling shit apart I am always game

Oh I know. :thumbup

It’s the putting back together thats fun.

Bah that is easy as well. Interiors are straight forward and luckily the parts only go one place
