Not buying anything until I hear back from my fla guy. He says he can get a solid aftermarket warranty and cpo as well so my options expanded to the E55 and 06-07 M5. But let it be known I will only buy one of these more expensive cars if I am getting a STEAL on them and feel I can drive it for near free for a few years like I did on my M5.

E55 or M5 with a service contract (warranty) is the may to go. Just picked my E55 up in November with <60k miles and warrantied until 2013 or 96k miles through easy care.
Have you read good reviews about easycare? Did you buy it and a warranty through a dealer? I would do a M5 if it was covered I think.
