Third pic was our bill for dinner. We went to a place one of the guys had already been to so we just asked for the waitresses recommendation (who happened to be russian) and that’s what we ended up with. Kid swore the menu wasn’t in the kind of neighborhood the last time he ate there lol.
The two pics before the last pic are of our hotel/resort in Miami and downtown Miami with American Airlines Arena (my favorite place as I’m a HUGE Miami Heat fan - didn’t go to a game though).
Last pic is of my burn that I got by accidentally backing into a boiler at a sauna in Miami. Didn’t realize it was there and was walking backwards talking to my buddy as we were leaving that particular room and burned myself. It’s now a 2nd degree burn with weeks if not months of healing ahead. So painful.
I love it down there. That was my 3rd time in that area and I just can’t get enough of that place.
:lol yeah. One pharmacists said it’s a first degree and no scar, another one said it was 2nd degree and will scar. So who knows. :lol.
I’m back in NY already.
Yeah it does. Especially now that the blood/skin has dried up. The slightest tightening of the skin (if I reach to put my coat on or something) sends me into some major pain. It’s like someone is tearing my skin off of me.
When I burned myself I still had to work that day and several does after and was in a very dirty, hot, dusty environment. Fortunately we found burn cream in the truck that had benzocaine in it, a topical anesthetic. Whenever I started to feel the burn I just added some more of that cream and it got me through no problem.
I’ve used the neosporin and it doesnt have benzocaine in it and it didn’t work as well for me.
I guarantee your burn scars up real good… mine looked pretty bad ass, kinda pissed it faded away
My sister-in-laws family lives there and she has siblings my age so I visit them from time to time. I stopped by there (after initially planning to stop somewhere in NC) to spend the night. Same with Philly on the way back. I have a sister there and the guys I was with have a brother there.
purchase Vitamin E caplets, break them open…rub gel on wound once it scars over … this will help reduce scarring, unless u want be be Murdog and want a scar.
Believe it or not, there was surprisingly very little females on the beaches at St. Pete/Clearwater.
Miami was another story, but we weren’t there long enough to actually hang out with any womenz. We came on Wednesday at like 3pm and left Thursday morning.
I do have a couple from Palm Beach of the girls we chilled with there (they are from Utica and we met up with them at their resort), but those won’t be posted here.
Mostly though, it’s a pain in the ass to drag a DSLR around so I left it at the condo most of the time. I only took it out when I went to the beach to just chill for the most part.
