I hear a slight and constant knocking when i am in neutral. I put the clutch in and it goes away. I don’t notice any problems when i’m driving only when it’s just idling at neutral. Flywheel perhaps?
I took it to mills a while back and they said it was nothing… :? , it has gotten worse recently.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can be release bearing or one of the bearings in the tranny.

Take it back and tell them that there is no way in hell that this noise is normal.
Yeah, definately sounds like a throwout bearing. Hopefully your car is still under warranty! Any weird sound like that is NOT normal, so don’t let them bully you into accepting it as such!
Request that somebody accompanies you on a test drive so you can point out the sounds, rather than just dropping the car off.
