thanks, no damage to the dumbass tho, i never made contact with him, he just caused the accident by cutting in front of me, so in court more than likely it will stand as wreckless driving on his part as the cause of the accident

At first I didn’t understand how a fender bender resulted in a trip to the emergency room and how it could necessitate a thread. Furthermore I didn’t understand how you rear-ending someone would equate to a win in court.

he drove off cuz he didnt think he did anything (dont mind the bike sliding past your passenger side, or the horns blaring, or the HUMAN BEING flying behind your car in the street. lol

Glad your ok, sucks about the bike but im sure after court you will probably be able to pay cash for a new one at the dealer, even bikes with minimal damage usually get totaled…thumbs up to good witnesses

i just hope i’m covered. i don’t have collision on the bike because it was paid off in full, so if i want to see any $$$ i’m going to have to go after his insurance, or if thats not possible i’m going to threaten to sue.

wow, glad you are alright dude, gear ftw…I just about cry when I see someone on a bike with no gear these days.

short sleeves, shorts, a a skull cap helmet…idk how people do it and think they’ll be ok if anything happens…
