Sounds like a turbo but not???

I have a 93’ 240SX that everytime the engine hits about 3,000 RPM there is a strange noise that sound like a turbo but my car doesn’t have it. If anyone knows what this may be the information will be appreciated??!!?? :?

Exhaust leak. Mine did that too, people called my car “whistle tips”. Until I put on an aftermarket exhaust system. I dunno if it still does it or not though because my car is so goddamn loud now.
