hey so mechanic suggested to go to a colder spark plug, i have the stock model plugs in my sr20 atm does anyone have an suggestions of which ones work fairly good in the srs?

like said above for stock to about 9-10 psi use the 6E any higher than that use the 7E if you are using the 6E and ur mechanic said to change than im guessing he looked at you plugs and they are telling him they need to be colder personally i used 6E’s to 9 psi with no problems switched to 7E’s when i started running 15 havent looked back sence
is that a NGK plug? bkr7e
