did you try to take the plug out of the head while it was hot? i’m guessing yes, but…
^^^has been taken care of. and no the head was not hot. threads were fubared after getting it out. i retapped it and it is fine now. thanks.
You made sure to get the metal shavings out of the cylinder right…

Just flush it with some oil run it and change the oil muhahahaha
i put grease on the tap and then sucked the rest out with this vaccum thing. for anything else that may have been in there, fuck it. its not in there anymore ive been runnin it quite a while.
definitely dump some oil down that cylinder if you didnt pull the head and are using a helicoil. I did one on the rally beater and its holding fine.
I used one of these to pump in some clean oil. and suck it back out with shavings.
works awesome for de-watering the jetski as well.
