According to the laws in Edmonton anyway… The photo radar vehicle has to be no more than 3 blocks away from the sign that the City has put up!! If you see a photo radar van more than 3 blocks away, he is giving illegal tickets!!
In St Albert here, they have to give a public notice (newspaper map) of all the locations where they will be running photo radar!! They don’t need to have the signs on the light posts like E-town does!
NOW… if its a Laser Radar, you’re F@#ed!! They can be anywhere… Those bastards!! :finga:
