Hello,

i’m ungrading my SR head. Valve spring, rocker arm stopper, cam, port and polish. what parts should i do at the same time too?

The question is, can i take the SR head off without taking the whole engine out? How hard to do it?

Yes you can. Just don’t let the chain fall down the front cover or else you’re in for some real fun.

if you tie wrap the timing chain onto the cam gears and tie a coat hanger from the cam gears to the hood you should be okay.
