I pulled it off and cut it. See other topic. lol.

is your roof black, i can’t really see it in any of the pictures. if so that’s pretty cool, my roof is being painted black and the body is being painted 350z daytona blue.

Yes, it is black.

Well, as many of you may know, I popped the engine last September, and I have completed a rebuild of the engine. The problem was that I blew the rings on pistons 2 and 4. Rings went first, and then the top of piston #4 peeled off. This I think was the source of my lack of power. It’s all taken care of now.

Here are a couple of photos. More to come when I can get them off my phone. haha.

Apparently it is now a 2.1L. So I guess SR21Det? lol

Break-in was a real pain in the ass. I really wanted to mash on it, but had to wait 1000km. Finally made it there, and just got it tuned up a little bit better this week.

It finally runs really strong, and holds nicely at 19psi. Scared to go any higher. lol. More tuning to come, and more pics to come.

I thought you had to re-sleeve when you went anything bigger than 86.5mm pistons?

Looks good though. Nothing like fresh hot tanked aluminum huh? Looks soo fresh.

Thanks for the spin Aaron…damn that thing can pull. Next time i’ll take you out, and it’ll be a little ricey yellow car with a snail under the hood

No, not at all. There are plenty of guys that run .050" overbores without problems. I’m currently at .040" overbore, which gives me some room to play. Plus, if the walls do cave, I’ll just have that much better of a story to tell

Anytime. I can’t wait to make sure these injectors are good to go, advance some timing, lean it out, and nail it. Sorry, but no Honda will be on this thing  But I will be more than happy to come for a ride. lol.
