just replaced starter, teacher told me it was bad. had to get the car started from a a rolling start. replaced starter, but no start. could there be a fried wire or is it something else? battery’s good just got it tested.
live in the heart of downtown. willing to pay money to whoever is willing to help me solve this problem.
what else would i check to diagnose this problem?
fuses and wires is what i’d be checking
it seems to be the wires. used a voltmeter and have a bad connection…but don’t know where to start

is there a relay for the starter? where is it located?
a mechanic at honda where i used to work came and checked it out, said no current was coming back to the negative terminal. he couldn’t find the relay and was loooking under the steering wheel and couldn’t find anything. thinking of going to the dealership unless someone would be looking to fix this for me for some cash.
oh yea i’m installing a rebuilt ka in a 95 right now, and the 93 i’m having a problem with the starter.
