had the same problem…tried to post it but was afraid that it WILL get locked cause I’m not “searching” hard enough. Thought I’d share this with you since 1 good turn deserves another.
When you take the stock wheel off, there’s a rotary plug that connects the horn and cruise control. Take that off and unplug the rotary connection. Once you take that off and unplug it, there should be a green/white wire. THat’s the horn. You’ll have to tap that and fab up a circuit that’ll make contact with the brass ring on the back of the hub (just like the one on the s14 installation site). Attach all the necessary wirings and ground the horn and you’re all set!
nice sig by the way, who is that?
The thread looks almost complete - just thought I’d throw in some final pieces…
… circuit or a brass strip held in place by one of the original nuts with nut corona lock which makes contact with the brass ring on the hub…

I did the brass thing and its anoying cuz everytime the wheel turns you hear a scraping noise. anyway to do it without that annoying brass?
You can use the stock electrical connector ring that comes on the car, its the black piece of circular plastic that has a square type of connector that connects to the base of the hub. You may have to rewire the one connector that makes contact with the hub.
I did this for my swap, it made a sound for a day, then stopped.
ive done that so far except the tapping for the wire and the peice that connects the hub to the steering colum, good thing i didnt do it with asking someone first cuz i thought it was the soild green wire that was the horn
as for the sig its vin diesel lol…
eh i changed the wheel for you.
the brass strip is one of the solution to getting the horn to work.
like mikeness mention there is a circular ring on the stock rotary thing behind the stock wheel.
if it makes the scratchy noise, put a glob of dielectric grease along the contact surfaces make sure not to cross over or you’ll complete the circuit and the horn will sound without pressing the button (annoying)

sorrie, I meant your avatar (the nice a$$)
yeah, that’s wat I thought at frist but apparently, the nissan engineers didn’t use the same colour wires after the harness. I had to find it on service wiring diagrams
finally got the steering horn working, i ended up taping the horn wire and extending it, i removed the brass plate that came with the aftermarket hub and ran the wire in through the hole where the ground wire would go, and ended up grounding to that medal plate where the wheel screws into to, everything seems to be working fine
thanks for the help everyone, really apreciate it
