Subs problems.. Due to???

I drive by there every day on my way to work.
It really sounds like out of phase subs now, the leaking box won’t help either.

  1. try changing phase on one of them and see if it helps
  2. seal your box. silicon won’t work unless the hole is pretty small (it will flex)
  1. Alternatory not charging battery.
  2. Something is draining your battery when the car is off.
  3. Your battery is on its way out.
  4. Stereo wiring problem.

Go to CT, and get your battery tested. It’s free, and it’s #1 on my mind if I’d have the problem you are describing. If that’s good, CT also tests alternators for free.

Thanks Sven, if u drive by here all the time, stop by
ill give u some bucks to deal with this…

Are you busy during the day? Traffic is terrible both ways and it’s a bit of a pain to pit stop while commuting …

but if you take the 403 to mavis, north to brittania, right on brittania, left on mclauchen (spelling? should be first light). The warehouse behind the sonoco station is where I work. It should say AstraZenica on the outside with some reflective tint doors. If you come by around 1:10 you’ll see me outside eating lunch, and my car is always parked out there (black s13).

I’ll leave my multimeter in the car in case you find your way over and I’ll take a look … free of charge of course.

My cell # is 905 808 3594 in case you can’t find me …

Guys, i just tested the amp power, when the car was on, the multimeter read 14v at the amp

Now whats it mean? definately out of phase???

out of phase is an easy fix. Just swap the connectors on one of the subs.
