Everyone I talked to had a good time. Onyx and the boys did a good job setting up the event, and I can’t wait for the next one :tup:. Also, I appreciate your efforts to keep the track safe, and volunteer myself to ride along, and help noobs with the basics. I agree that 1 or two sessions with an experienced driver (even MPD) will go along way.
I had MPD ride along with me my first time there, I even ASKED almost begged him to drive my car so I could learn. I did learn and he didn’t spin it…
actually i’m pretty used to this…lol…
you’ll notice most of the guys who at least occassionally drift find off-track excursions a regular part of life. This is 100% the reason why you cant doing both on the track at the same time (drift and grip)… totally different mentalities.
but once again, i had a fantastic time and wished my SR was more up to task… i really want to get a timing system so we can compete with one another…

I think this is when I tried my pathetic burnout. I was not used to tires sticking with any first gear launch. The tires just stick which maybe bad for burnouts, but good for the track.
