In this case, the seller doesn’t seem to have any motivation to resolve the deal other than through violence. A simple admission to fault might be easier and less time-consuming than a throwdown. However, it’s also a lot more bruising to the ego. I suppose it’s up to the individuals to determine which is a more efficient way of resolving things.

All you guys had to do was to apologize for flaking on the deal and giving the tranny away, Although the tranny was part of the deal and under no circumstances it was said that the trannsmission was going to be given away so it can “help out a friend”. Thats called false advertising. Be a man and live up to your sale.
