Suspension dilemma - ALLROAD

The dealer claims I need a new compressor for the air suspension BUT they may find more problems once they can pump it up with a new compressor.
The compressor with install is just shy of $1,000.00.
2Bennett offers a coil over package for $1600.00
From what I have read, each corner on the air suspension is $1000.00 plus there are other components such as sensors, valves, etc.

The air suspension is a great gimmick especially with my long (sometimes very snowy) driveway.
Coil overs are great in the summer but aren’t necessarily made for salty/sandy conditions.

So, should I frankenstein the air suspension with manual valves and switches?
Should i bite the bullet and hope for the best at the Stealership?
Should I go with the coil overs?
Don’t say “sell it” because the thing is slammed right to the ground the way it sits right now so selling it the way it is won’t work.
