bellhousing too. check out www.stangparts.com they sell entire conversion kits
EZ:D
why would i need a bellhousing. shouldnt the tranny come with one?
how long you think to do this swap? i figure the tranny can be out in about
a half an hour. probably the same to throw in the manual maybe less being
its lighter. so what you think is the hardest part.
does the 5.0 have mech. clutch or a hydra. clutch?

Cable driven clutch. When you buy a new tranny, it usually does not come with a bellhousing.

oh, see the deal is coming from a dude parting out a mustang with no title
so im thinking about the idea. if i do ill take what ever i need. how long it
take for you?
i heard something about the H-pipe being different between a stick and a
auto.[i think the stick H-pipe is narrower but having an auto before should be4
fine]
is the mount the same?
No just a X Pipe is different not a H-pipe.
then it gets really confusing. Some say they will fit and some it won’t. Make sure you read the entire specs for the x pipe.
all h pipes will fit though.
