We do not check for registration or insurance but you must be aware the State of Pennsylvania requires that you be registered & insured.
We do recommend for your own protection that you carry insurance and register your machine.
Dirt Bikes are NOT required to be registered in the State of PA.
You must be aware that Pennsylvania requires ATV’s to be registered. We will NOT be held liable if
you are caught. Fines can and will be imposed by DCNR if you are caught. DCNR will accept most
out-of-state registrations (including Ohio).
Cost to register your machine with the DCNR is ONLY $10 per year ($20 for two years). You can
register your machine in Pennsylvania even if you are from out-of-state
They don’t care if you are registered. Just recommend it, ride at your own risk. I wouldn’t worry about it, never seen or heard of anyone getting a ticket.
