The 407 ETR

Because the bulk of the outstanding bills are in dispute… YOU going to pay a bill that’s in dispute…

the people you need to go after are the politians who signed the contratc that allowed the courts to interpret and rule for the 407

in protest of having to pay to use it?[/quote]

on the other side of the coin… I’ve been looking at doing a multi substrate - varibable polarizing clear plastic lic. cover… turn a dial and whammo instand black… turn it back… 100% clear…

That is a good idea. LCD panels as the plastic cover perhaps? Flip your switch, and tada no plate!

hmmmmm im gonna have to think about this one…

Yah but if you forget and they get your plate once, they nail you for the cost of a full trip from end to end.

… so don’t forget…! :pirat:

This has to be one of the best ideas ive heard regarding the 407. goose bumps just thinking about it… considering i live a minute from the 407…

Yea thats definitely an interesting one. I like that LCD idea - those on/off only lcd’s are cheap as shit too - probably get that one big enough <$50

or you could buy a polarized plate cover that is clear for 20 dollars…

im sure that if there is a $20 sure fix for scamming the 407 we would know about it.

polarized plates do thier job but the problem is they are not controll able… the min a cop passes by at the right angle and sees a blacked out plate your done. … with a ‘polarizing substrate’ an electric current controls the on/off state so thier can be no bad angle ( when it’s unpowered… it looks like a noramal plastic clear cover…

thats a shame steven hawkings, you must be out of the loop then…since you know everything i guess? wow…

bas and i are talking about basically the same thing excet he has the ability to stop it polarizing… the picture on the 407 would look the same.
