Its not Volume, its weight, you can take a smaller guy with 20% body fat and have a person the same size with low body fat displace the same amount of water volume.

one thing I’ve learned is that all these supliments are a waste of money… all you need is food and throw in some protein to help get to where you need to be.

im pretty much there with you. cost/benefit is horrible. I will say creatine is great.

From about 6 months ago… time for new pics this weekend. I went from 157 with some body fat to 170ish losing some fat.

My creatine I take works pretty good, i recover alot faster, but i’ve been very consistent for once, and i dont know if that also has to do with the strength increase. But either way i also got a month supply on sale for 19.99, it’s called Trinitine, look it up it’s supposed to be ver advanced stuff, also does NOT say proprietary blend.

creatine monohydrate has shown time and again to help with muscle recovery. All the supplement and proprietary blend creatin powders are a waste of money, just buy creatine monohydrate.

I have a fast metabolism and it’s very tough to gain weight from working out alone, what should I eat/take to help out? I don’t take any supplements or anything just vitamins.
