Im kind of like in the middle, i can lose weight, but i can’t gain any

What you need to do is constently eat! I mean, not when your hungry, like count every 3 hours… Right when you wake up before you even brush your teeth, go make something for breakfast not just cereal. And DRINK MILK!!! Easy way to include extra calories, So pretend you eat at like 6:30am, or almost 7:00am breakfast. After you have a good BIG breakfast, count 3 hours, so 10:00am, eat something! the bigger you eat the better even though its hard when your not hungry. So again around 12:00 lunch time or whatever your schedule is like eat again, try to keep it every 3 hours and a calorie dense meal, include carbs and meat/protein, don’t care about the fat since it probly won’t be put on if your like me. So do this all day, try to stick to every 3 hours, and right before you go to bed eat or have a protein shake, your body only really needs protein at night.

my meals today:

Breakfast 1 whey protein shake, big glass of milk, 3 whole eggs, 2 slices of toast… and as you can see thats really not much…

Now im at work,
10:00am meal: I eat a bag of Sunchips(whole grains) its not a big meal, but you have to eat… pretty shitty but it at least is whole grain…

12:00pm: Went to Burger King, got a #1, whopper meal(not healthy but alot of calories) should be plenty of calories.

3:00PM Meal: Another bag of sunchips, like i said im at work on the phones can’t go cook a big meal or anything.

4:30pm: Im home i take another whey protein shake, eat more food,

7:30pm eat another meal, Im kinda a little late on this meal, im about go to :slight_smile:

then 10:30pm i will have 1 and 1/2 scoops of whey = about 35g’s of protein, and then a glass of milk on top of that. then brush teeth, hit the bed 5min after this shake. basically i want my food to be in my system as long as it can be while im sleeping since thats when your body rebuilds and what not.

then REPEAT FOREVER lol

no fruit and veggie snacks? thats what I eat all day. Honestly I eat a banana, cucumber (just eat it whole like a carrot), 2 carrots, 2 celery sticks every day (plus a cheese stick, yogurt, and granola bar). Going to get back into apples and maybe grapes, I got sick of them so i had to stop for a while.

Other than breakfast your diet plan is pretty shitty. I am going to start eating eggs more. Now that I am going to the gym before school I have more time in the morning to make food. before I would get up, eat cereal, and leave.

and eating chips as a ‘meal’ is a cop out. I am on the phones too and you can always be snacking. I keep a bag of trail mix from walmart at my desk and eat that and my veggies inbetween calls and while on hold. you can also make a big meal on sunday and bring in left overs all week.

i used to hate eggs, now i eat them every morning (whites) with a fruit

all of my food for an entire week costs about 30bucks lol, it’s great

and whats the benefit of egg whites? do you throw out the yolk or buy them already separated? I would think there is good protein in the yolk

i throw out the yolk, has A LOT of cholesterol. I use 1 whole egg, and then 4 whites

egg white has 3.5g of protein, and a whole one has 6.25g

They taste better with the yolks, but it’s not healthy

You’re cholesterol should be under 300mg if you’re a normal person, under 200 if you have problems. Pretty much 1 whole egg satisfies that daily serving.
make sure you’re clean bulking, and not doing it with garbage food like chips and BK, wahoo!!
edit: I guess your body can only process 30g of protein at a time, so keep it as that as a maximum otherwise it’s a waste

I know I don’t eat enough, yes even with veggies, my meals vary from day to day. My whopper had lettuce tomato pickles! Everyone has different goals, mine is to gain mass!!! Size I don’t care if I get fat! I used to eat a steak before bed time, I get away with this and don’t put on fat. What I stated was far from the perfect diet, I go to school full time work full time and still workout. The main thing I wanted him to know is to NOT wait til he feels hungry, And to eat alot. Also if you have trouble sleeping at night buy some Melatonin, its a natural substance in your body it helps me fall to sleep faster.

Yoke has amino acids also cholesterol and fat, you should always have at least one yoke to get the amino acids.

There really is no science to it, just have to eat eat eat. If you’re reading this now, you aren’t eating enough.

On a side note, I love watching Biggest Loser while eating my Doritos and bucket of ice cream.

I think it would be sweet if they had smallest gainer show! Have skinny small dorky guys build muscle… That would be interesting!

Front, flexing my abs, i barely do them, and my diet deffinitely isn’t low fat. Im still trying to bulk a bit too.

sry about them being so large, idk how to make them smaller, i weigh around 165lbs.

So I had Burger king and Mcdonalds this weekend. i feel unfaithful and that all I did this past week was a waste.

I did deadlifts Sat. only did 235lbs x5 :frowning: It was pretty hard to hold in my hands since i dont use straps.

just got back from the gym. I love going later a lot more than first thing.

I agree with Jim… I keep fruit to a minimum… has a ton of sugar. Same with fruit juice. A tall glass of mango juice has twice as much sugar as a can of coke.

artificial sugar =! natural sugar. plus there is a bunch more bad shit in pop than just sugar
