Law Abiding Citizen. Definitely an “All that is man” movie. Lots of action throughout and makes you want to blow something up when you think about the United States justice system. I think the ending could have been better but it was appropriate. 9/10

Defiance
I give it a 9/10. good acting, amazing story. What makes it even better is it is all based on the true story of 4 Jewish brothers in WWII that saved the lives of over 1200 Jews from the Nazis. I highly recommend it. It really shows how ordinary people can do extraordinary things when times call for it. :tup:. I was actually disappointed when it ended because I wanted to see more.
Agreed here. Hurt Locker was a 9 to 9.5. Amazing flick. The sniper duel was wild and the main character would put hair on Chuck Norris’ nuts. Recommended.
The Taking of Pelham 123: 6/10. Not bad. Nothing too exciting though.
So after waiting a couple years for it to come out, I was finally able to see Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day today. I am a huge fan of the original and really was not expecting much because of all the delays. Anyways…

That being said, it was much better than I expected with a few exceptions. My main gripe with this film was that they tried to make Clifton Collins(new character) replace david della rocco as the funny sidekick and it really failed. I think if he was cast as being more serious, it would have made for a better film. I was also disapointed in the way the 3 detectives are being made out to be like the three stooges.
Overall it was a good film and I am very glad I went to see it as soon as it was available in Syracuse. Btw, the ending is predictable but I liked it and I think most fans will.

Not interesting. The only reason people like this movie is because clint eastwood says nigger and zipperhead and other racial epithets. Real fucking funny. Show this movie to your kids if you want them to grow up to be a prick.
There is nothing in this movie that isn’t simply handed to you on a plate. Super straight forward, no subtleties. If you’re not very smart, you’ll probably like this movie a lot.

enjoyed it. was awesome how all of the stories intertwined and had an effect on one another at some point. makes you think twice about how society really is. pretty good actors and actresses in it as well.

The Invention of Lying – 6/10 (only because it’s ridiculousness made me laugh my ass off). The concept is hilarious; a world of people who only tell the brutally honest truth, and one guy discovers the ability to lie. Other than that, the story line was as cookie cutter as it gets.

Boondock Saints 2: 7.9/10. If you are a saints fan and loved the first one you will enjoy this. There are some parts where I was like “meh” or “that wasn’t necessary” but overall the dialogue is great (and hilarious) and it’s a fun watch.

Clockwork Orange:8/10. Really liked this movie.Violence is good.Nice Plot.Great movie from the early 70s.
Ninja Assassin. Gallons of blood, severed limbs and shadow ninjas. It was a lot better than I expected, I’ll definitely watch this again.

Decent. I didn’t know it was based more on the comics than the cartoon. Wasn’t as crappy as I thought it was going to be, was entertained with the chicks prancing around.
King of NY - 7/10.
I’m a Christopher Walken fan and he was excellent as usual,it was funny seeing Laurance Fishburne play the kind of role he did,he was crazy and full of energy.
Ninja Assasin - 7/10. Lots of fake blood and crazy ninja moves. Decent storyline. Would’ve been a 6/10 but I love that the heroine drives a VW Eos. And Johnny Tran is in it, as, you guessed it, an evil Asian guy.
