Mexico is starting to freak out and Trump isnât even the president yet.
Hope said more decisions like Fordâs are likely to come. And while the loss of a single planned plant probably does not fundamentally change the U.S.-Mexico economic relationship, âit certainly shows that the idea that the status quo was entrenched was false.â
âThis should put us on notice that when he says that he wants to renegotiate NAFTA, he means it,â Hope said.
im starting to miss the memes guysâŚ
@Onyx_Z32 Seriously man, youâve been slacking.
Oh Iâll have moreâŚ
Summary of Trumpâs discussion with German newspaper Bild:
- BMW will face 35% import duties if they build 3 series plant in Mexico and export to US
- Other countries will leave the EU which is a vehicle for Germanyâs trade agenda
- Fuck NATO
- Merkelâs cool, i guess, but letting illegals in by the hundredâs of thousands is catastrophic
- Twitter? Fuck yeah
- Tougher immigrations, possibly to include those coming from the EU
Twas the Night Before Inauguration!
Twas the night before Inauguration, and up in the tower,
The Donald reflected on his newfound power.
The conservative massâŚes had come out in force,
And delivered a victory that would chart a new course.
The snowflakes were shell-shocked with tears in their eyes,
The media lied to them . . . What a surprise.
They had been promised a Hillary win,
But the criminal Clinton took one on the chin.
And though from all corners celebrities flew,
They made no impression, for they hadnât a clue.
They talked about climate, racism, and such,
And they made up good stories . . . But didnât know much.
The fake news and ignorance came at a cost,
And they canât understand all the reasons they lost.
They blame it on Comey and Bernie and Vlad,
But fail to acknowledge the one that was bad.
Yes, Hillary Clinton, in many ways flawed,
Was her own biggest hurdle toward getting the nod.
The campaign exposed her corruptness and greed,
And her speeches were punch-less as ten dollar weed.
So out in the streets there arose such a clatter,
It was Soros-paid protestors and Black Lives Matter.
With cities to pillage and windows to smash,
They knew not the issues, but needed the cash.
Eight years of Obama had given them cause,
To expect a replacement of their Santa Claus.
But soon the protestors will feel the pain,
When the wheels fall off of the old gravy train.
And now all the snowflakes are riddled with fear,
Upset and offended by things that theyâll hear.
The cocoa and crayons will help for a while,
But fact-based opinions will soon cramp their style.
I originally supported, and voted, for Cruz,
In the end, I would vote for whoever they choose.
He wasnât my first choice, but soon I would cede,
The one they call Trump is the one that we need.
I saw him on TV in front of a crowd,
He spoke about veterans, it made me feel proud.
He spoke about energy, safety, and jobs,
Taking this country back from the Washington snobs.
He was dressed in Armani, all tailored and neat,
And the Brunos he wore made the outfit complete.
For a man of his vintage, he seemed rather fit,
And he looked presidential, I have to admit.
His eyes glowed like embers, his smile was the best,
And his hair was the color of my old hunting vest.
His love for this country was on full display,
And his actions spoke louder than his words could say.
He thanked all his voters, and before he was gone,
Saved thousands of jobs while Obama looked on.
The fate of this country left nothing to chance,
So, he filled out his cabinet weeks in advance.
The men he had chosen were of the same mind,
Letâs set the bar high, and not lead from behind.
He picked up his phone as he rose from his seat,
With a flick of his finger, he sent out this tweet;
âNow Mattis!, now Kelly!â now Sessions! And Pruitt!
On Perry! On Flynn, Youâre the ones who can do it.
Start lifting restrictions and building the wall,
Now dash away! Dash away! Dash away all!â;
The roar of his audience rose from the stands,
He kissed all their babies and shook all their hands.
He answered their questions and calmed all their fears,
They knew it would be a fantastic four Eight years.
Then he jumped in his limo, and off to his jet,
A fellow that Liberals wonât soon forget.
He sent one more tweet as the evening expired;
âHappy Inauguration to all,
AND OBAMA â YOUâRE FIRED!â
*tips hat
This is going to be a delicate situation. The worse it gets in Mexico, the more they are going to try to come here which makes the need for border strength even more so. We could have something similar to Venezuela right on our border.
Remember that time the big story about just how bad the Chinese government was sponsoring hackers to steal billions in intellectual property from US companies and Obama reacted by kicking out a bunch of Chinese diplomats? Oh right, he didnât. He did however kick out a bunch of Russian diplomats based on sketchy evidence that Russia hacked some email accounts and release some true information to the public about Hillary and her shady Democrat buddies.
Keep this in mind when you hear the left and the mainstream media crying about Trump not giving a shit about the One China policy for Taiwan.
Dodgy evidence? Didnât every intelligence agency agree that Russia was trying to undermine our democracy?
And for fuckâs sake stop trying to pin the right vs the left and talk about the issues at hand.
Show us some actual technical evidence.
Do you really have your head so far up your own ass that you donât see why this discussion needs to happen? EVERY media outlet has done nothing but run 24/7 coverage of these Russian hacking allegations, and cries for the government to do something to punish the Russians. Yet a far worse hack occurred under Obamaâs watch and the media covered it as a non-story. If you canât see the bias, and refuse to talk about it, how do you start to fix it? By burying your head in your own ass and crying about anyone that want to point it out, because that seems to be your answer?
Do you have your head so far up your ass that you think continuing the bias at the citizen level is a good idea? It comes from both sides OF THE MEDIA. That doesnât mean that we have to perpetuate it. Keep in mind I have this very same argument with liberals. I absolutely hate when the topic falls by the wayside because âlibtardsâ this or âtrumpstersâ that. Fuck that. It makes zero progress for the discussion and only grows the discontent for âthe other sideâ.
Read multiple sources. Draw your own conclusions. (Which you in particular normally do. This is more of a general statement.) Remove the bias for yourself instead falsely preaching an unbiased stance. When your response includes something like âBUT THE LIBERALS DID THIS. REMEMBER OBAMA DID THIS AND IT WASNâT COVERED???â. Yeah okay. For every non-covered story about democrats there are CERTAINLY equal non-covered stories about republicans.
Iâm okay with people supporting Trump because they think he represents change. Just stop sucking his dick in the same way that you blame democrats doing to Obama.
EDIT - Also, Iâm not supporting either side with these comments. Iâm pushing to make the debate more productive. Hopefully you can see that instead of assuming Iâm some bleeding heart lib or some shit. For the record, I wasnât originally against a Trump presidency.
The story about how biased the media is in itâs coverage is a far bigger story than anything Trump or Russia has done or probably ever will do, and it has far greater consequences on the direction of our country. And you canât talk about it without pointing out the examples of that bias.
In short, Iâm going to keep point them out and if you keep calling me out about it Iâm going to keep telling you to go eat a bag of dicks. MAGA!
lol.
I agree that itâs a major part of the discussion, just not in the way that youâre pointing it out. (And Iâm not sure itâs bigger than the Trump/Russia ties at this time but weâll need actual evidence to prove otherwise. For me, he gets the benefit of the doubt.) Saying that they didnât cover a similar story for Obama is just being a whiny little bitch. Especially if there is evidence or reliable sources behind the story.
Not aiming this at anyone in particular but you have to be a moron to actually believe the mainstream news anymore. You have to be completely stupid not to notice the fact that all of a sudden the headlines were âRussian Election Hackingâ which is clearly intentional. What makes me laugh is how Russia and Putin was accused of propaganda after Crimea, and yet the Democratic party is doing the same thing now. The way the headlines are written makes it seem like the Russians actually hacked the polling stations and changed the vote count in favor of Trump. Perfect setup for idiots like Sharpton to now claim that Trump is not a legitimate president. This is all like high school drama. The media etc. are used to do the pushing around, burning, degrading and destroying peoples credibility, the government (Dems and Reps) are used to meddling in other nations affairs without recourse. Once they are on the other end of the stickâŚboy is it entertaining, cannot handle it at all. Whether itâs Obama and Crimea âYou canât just do that in the 21st century!!!â or the liberal media (most media) that were completely and utterly owned this election course.
All Trump has to do is keep at least one promise he made and I will be a happy man the next 8 years. Making fools of these politically correct idiots was a huge deal.
If he goes with the idea floating of moving press briefings across the street to have 200 seats instead of the current 49, twould be amazing! Imagine the lids that will blow off these high flying twats when some blogger or somebody âlow keyâ is given a press pass⌠wait there would be 150 of them
theres another video floating around of Trump doing those hand movements imitating other people too, and the videos were oldâŚway old. Itâs just his way of imitating people, but of course⌠the lefties ran with it, like the morons they are.
How does everyone feel about Trumpâs cabinet choices thus far in regards to his very strong campaigning promise to âdrain the swampâ?
Iâm amazed this hasnât been asked yet. What the actual fuck is going on? Rick Perry thought his post was to act as an ambassador of American coal and oil. And Betsy? Grizzly bears? Fuck. Swamp just got ten times deeper.
