Where exactly is the 28th street bridge i looked on map quest and it goes 16th then 31st street bridge i found 28th street though and still meetin at 10pm
its on 28th street. Usually there are people under it. We will probably be kicked out by ten so most likely if the strip isnt packed with clubbers then hopefully we can be there.
