So, i was making a left turn out of a driveway with two people letting me in and someone decides to beat traffic and drives in the middle lane to make the left turn at the lights… didnt get too far though…
obviously i got the ticket for 110 and 3 points for failure to yield out of a driveway…
So the plan is to arrange a meeting with the prosecutor… and hopefully get the points dropped… i plan on getting the times that construction was taking place sent to me from the municipality of whitby. I took pics of the construction too and maybe that’ll help.
Someones coming by to check out the frame damage tomorrow but it still runs fine, no problems from just driving in and around a lot. Other than my bumper scraping and fender lining falling off.

same thing happend to m! Going on to my road someone was driving down the shoulder trying to get to the right turn lane and they hit me but i am at fault even though they were not on the road. sucks but i am taking it to court was supposed to go soon hopefully it goes alright.
that sucks bro, something liek that nearly happened to me today as i was pulling out of work, some crazy lady in an escalade was plowing down the center turn lane and nearly T-boned me.
I dont think there’s much you can do as you were turning left out of a driveway. But best of luck!
^^because its making an “unsafe” left hand turn. Generally anytime you turn left and get in an accident its usually your fault of 50/50 even if they run a red so ive heard.
yeah its my fault no matter what, even though technically they “shouldnt” have been in that lane for the turn they were making up the street… Would have been nice if they were going a bit slower… but what can u do.
I always see people change into that lane way too early and ive had to avoid plenty of them but its not like anything can be done about it…
