log into ebay. There are messages on your account there.

You can’t trust who the email is coming from - if it’s a legit message, you will see it when you log in.

Never ever ever ever reply to the e-mails… They are all scams… only log into your e-bay or paypal account to confirm anything… they 100% of the time scams…
