I still think it’s a physical issue at your house, if it was more wide spread on a “system update” then more than 1 person in the area would have an issue and we would see it.

I didn’t mean that as an asshole comment or anything btw, I know it’s not the tech’s fault or anything, I’m just disappointed with the service. I got nothing against on here obviously lol, or at least I dont think so…haha.

I’ve had 4 individual techs come to take a look at it, and every time…i get this “Were working to update our systems so sometimes it may come in blocky…theres nothing we can do as of right now”

Well…its been quite some time now, I think the whole “as of right now” has passed for me. No offense, but I’m more than likely going to bring my (or should I say my mother’s) business elsewhere.

You must have some serious issues beyond your home. I HIGHLY doubt all 4 techs have all said the same thing. When a tech comes out does he say he is referring it to engineering or maintenance, if not, sounds like you are the only one affected.

Do you have neighbors off the same pole?
Have you spoke with them?
Are you at the end of the line by any chance?

How many contractors vs in house techs have you had? Contractors are a joke when it comes to service.
