So again, i call Time Warner…
This time, i can’t even get to talk to a real person…
Basically, when you enter your phone number, then push 1 for concerns with high speed internet, then 1 again for technical support…Time Warner knows their shit is all fucked up, so rather than dealing with customers, they have a recording come on telling you to try restarting your modem/computer and in most cases this should fix the problem…
well it didn’t…but here’s what’s hilarious…
They say in this recording, “if this doesn’t correct the problem, try it again periodically…”
So, we’re essentially supposed to step in the same pile of shit, over and over…until eventually, it stops being shit…
It then asks if i want them to call me back…no option to speak to an operator of any sort…such bullshit…hiding from and ignoring their customers, fully aware that they have a problem…
