I’ve never had to do this before, my 240 will be stored in an insulated garage for the duration of the winter/colder weather, what things should i look into as far as a long park time?

My car is now storeed… All I did was:
-oil changed
-filled gas tank
-added some fuel stabilizer
-did full cleaning (interior and exterior)
-was told to fill tires to almost max pressure… still haven’t done that.
-disconnected battery terminals

Nope, that’s it, except you don’t have to add fuel stabilizer. The gas nowadays has enough stabilizers in it to keep it good for 6 months no problem.
