hey in advance thanks to all thos who came to CSCS was a long ****ing drive but around 10 people made it out for the long 3 hour drive…
most raced and was fukin awsome got to see my car drift lol was nice. and only one accident jon that really sucks hope all whent well… somone make a pic thread when you guys can and post the pictures…

again we got awsome pics and vid.!!!

lol you should advertise winter tires for drifting use haha your car can be the example

i had to take 3 showers to get the smell of burnt rubber off of my skin lol

CSCS was sick, weather was nice… and some sick drifting by all the members that participated.

cscs was pretty sick, our members showed everyone how it was done, and the morning cruse was fun too,(cept wakeing up at 6am). btw n e one see messed up weather on the way back, herd there were tornado warnings n shit on our route back

I thought there was lapping, drag, and gymkhana??

Gymkhana isn’t really drifting… atleast I don’t think it’s considered drifting…

gymkhana isn’t drifting? i think you need to google it and see what it really is.

gymkhana is like solo1 but instead of gripping around the cones you drift around them as fast as you can.

you had to be there to know :smiley:

the day was awesome, got a lot of good shots, just can’t wait to get them u.

the pictures won’t be up for a couple of days, i’ve run into quite a few problems that I am extremely pissed about:

  1. my computer won’t boot up. when it reaches the loading screen, it just stays there and doesn’t continue.
  2. a few of my registry files are ****ed. i was having a problem with the software that came with my camera to upload the pictures. after going to add/remove programs and uninstalling it, it was still there, and just wouldn’t delete. there are 4 programs total doing the same thing. (even went to run/regedt32 to delete the reg files in software/microsoft/uninstall, and no dice.
  3. because of said registry files, this is then not allowing me to reinstall the application, and i’m unable to find another program that also downloads the images.

all this combined with the fact that i’m currently in safe mode, is displeasing me.

my take on the day will be up hopefully soon, after a backup + reformat

boot up in safe mode, i think keep pressing f8 as your computer is coming on and it will give u a choice, normal mode, safe mode without internet, safe mode with internet and another one.

Second last line he already said that he’s in Safety Mode.
Safety mode doesn’t allow you to do much. Most of the resources are unavailable. He can only really sort out the registry as he is doing now. Actually Windows 2000 and up allows you to do a few more things but it is still not a complete computer in Safety Mode. One of those things is using TCP/IP and the Internet.

Kev do you still have the registry backup file in the Windows Folder? Try and use the backup to get the computer limping. Turn it on into full Windows and see what the computer doesn’t have installed. Then just work from there to install those things over again Cautiously
Other than that run MSCONFIG in “Start” –> “Run” dialog box and disable parts of the registry as necessary.

Its just a suggestion though. You could be far past those points.

or just do system restore to a better point if you have windows XP :confused:
