What’s ironic is that weed is more safe/being made legal while people in empty parking lots in the middle of no where ‘drifting’ are dangerous and criminals today.
Quite frankly I screw around in my company’s parking lots, I get cheers for burnouts/‘drifting’ including from the director who is into cars and loves the skyline haha. No one cares, neither should you. No idea where this centenial park is or who did this but this is pretty pointless for this community. Not very car enthusiastic. It makes me laugh the spectrum of arguments. “Do you know the criminal code of Canada?” HAHA
Like? Who cares? At the end of the day the popos just want to meet their ticket quotas and make money. I very much doubt any one of you did not have a little fun in an empty parking lot.

There is no specific law against it, but the cops can give you dangerous driving and/or trespass by night (if its private property) which are both criminal charges. They could also give you a noise violation or all sorts of other little things they pull out their ass.
You could probably get off the dangerous charge because your weren’t endangering anyones else’s life directly but the trespassing charge would be up to the owner of the property.
police dont have jursidication for motor vehicles on private proterpty under the HTA. so i can let my 2yr old cousin drive in my drive way if i want.
but when it comes to public saftey you damn right ur goan get fined and or arrested
