Hell yes. Not the type of car he gets to replace it, but the general feeling of “you are a waste of precious oxygen” would definitely still apply.

does the added speed somehow effect the brakes, jaming them and not allowing the to work ?
does wide open throttle screw up the brake booster, and your just brake checking to make sure you have adaquate vacuum to power the brakes ?
unless you just did brand new brakes on all 4 corners and wound up with alot of extra bolts, copper washers and an extra rotor, and you have no faith in your mechanical abilities WHY DO YOU DO A BRAKE CHECK
