Tracking this storm v. Doppler Radar

I’m driving to VT on saturday for a bachelor party, kinda wish I was gonna snowboard when I got there. Hopefully they’ll be able to get the snow cleaned off the roads before we get there, it’s a 7.5hr drive in good weather.

Yea we are hoping to go to Boston Ma this afternoon… I hope im ready for a adventure?

As long as that shit doesnt hit Saturday morning and my plane lands ok I am happy.

LOL

why do people insist on driving so slow when the streets are clear? :fu:

the weatherman told them there is snow on the road. They don’t trust their own eyes.

The wrost driving today - 19 degrees and rain freezing on the winshield. I would rather drive through 18" of snow.

This.

the worst is when theyre constantly on the brakes.
FOR NO REASON.

this storm is looking big!

Buffalo can’t even get snow right.

LOL

Got about 9" so far, still going. My ex-roommates in Ohio are going home early, guess they’re getting hit pretty good.

Next time we get a “storm” why don’t they just say…everyone in WNY and surrounding areas will get X" and buffalo will get almost nothing.

watching the radar.weather.gov animation it looks like Buffalo is about to get some constant weather event from the east.

For all of my years living in Buffalo I can’t recall the weather coming from anywhere but west or sometimes from the north. What the heck is going on with the global weather if the clouds are going the exact opposite way than normal?

And why does the swirling mass of weather over NYC look like a hurricane on land?

*puts tinfoil hat on

That’s what she said…

Balls deep right now.

(in the drifts anyway)

yeah the drifts suck, i shovels out just now. I dont think we got as much as the south towns up here. but the drifts suck
