Say a cop pulls you for speeding, say 30 over. Then he dicides to be a “nice guy” and site you with a ticket for say an improper muffler or improperly displayed licencse plate or something like that going on the “well I’ll let you off with this…” kind of mentality. If you fight it, can he/they change the charge back to the original 30 over charge?? Just wanna know when I go to fight mine
