whats the best diff . fluid & tranny fluid to get ??

redline , motul etc… ??

how many liters for both??

i used Royal Purple for tranny fluid. i put in 2.5L and i did it through the balljoint of the shifter. i couldn’t get the upper drain plug to come off.

if u can get the upper drain plug to come off, which i didn’t. just fill it in from there until the fluid starts to over flow…same with the diff fluid.

i would like to know what kinda diff fluid is good also.

yeah i no how to check the fluid to see if its full but i just wanted to know this soo i dont go buy to much fluid

i used Amsoil for the diff.
where did u get the royal purple trans fluid from?

i also run royal purple for all my fluid but i haven’t done my diff yet thats next, i seem to like

you can get royal purple from performance improvments

i went to a shop that specialize on VTEC machines on midland and finch area. they have good price. i only paid 10 bucks a quart free of tax. its 1 street N of midland, turn left, and third entrance on the right. you will see a performance shop facing south. asian guys, becareful they don’t rip you off, i went there 4 times and they keep giving me diff price. once 14 a quart, then 11, then 16, then 10. …asians…

10$ a quart for oil? it is 7.99 every where else

the diff takes approx 1.5litres, well at least for my s14 vlsd

i dont’ pay tax man…asians! so it still adds up to the same i guess.
