sorry i dont know everyone here, and dont mean to offend anyone, but every other thread here goes to shit and off topic. Stop actin like kids and just stick to whatever the o.p says. I also believe it was your tob as i had the probs. as you mentioned, look into it
ya i will look into that part… but we installed it nice and smoothly… one of the noises i was thinking about was actually resonance of the diff with solid subframe bushings… other stuff has to do with polyurethane exhaust hangers and of course the engine (cusco) and tranny (peak perf race) mounts… the other stuff could be the non OEM tob you are right… the last thing is combined with the mounts the short shifter was rattling when it was tight, when the megan racing shifter became loose, one of the high rpm rattlingswent away but now the shifter is loose. Been told it has to do with the little bushing inside the shifter.
None the less what is there to expect with a made in china… and secondly this is a pretty solid setup (literally) so there ought to be some noises, one that really bothred me was the diff with solid bushings… i didnt realize what it was as i didnt have solid subframe bushings before.
Anyways the car is still winter parked, ill have to diagnose and do some stuff still on the list of to do things before it heads out. I am quite anxious…
